In general

This personal data policy describes how Heco et al ApS ("Heco et al", "we", "us") collects and processes the personal information that you provide to us or that we collect about you when you visit Heco et al's website, www.Hecoetal.com (the "Website").

Heco et al processes your personal data as described in this Personal Data Policy and in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, etc. ("GDPR") and the Data Protection Act, Act No. 502 of 23 May 2018, which supplements the GDPR, as well as any amendments thereto as well as other legislation that supplements these rules.

What personal information do we collect, for what PURPOSES AND legal basis for the processing

Heco et al uses MailChimp to send newsletters to users who sign-up on www.hecoetal.com. Users are able to unsubscribe when receiving a newsletter.

Heco et al does not collect personal information from Google Analytics, Cookies or other third party data collecting services on www.hecoetal.com.

Your rights

In order to create transparency regarding the processing of your information, we, as the data controller, must inform you of your rights. If you want to make use of your rights, you can contact us. You will find our contact information under section 2.

The right of access

You have the right to be informed, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal information and recipients of information that may be, as well as information on where the information comes from. You also have the right to receive a copy of this information.

The right to rectification

You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected.

The right to delete

In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g., if you revoke your consent and we have no other legal basis for continuing the processing. To the extent that further processing of your information is necessary, e.g., for us to comply with our legal obligations, or for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, we are not obliged to delete your personal data. Contact us if you want your data deleted.

The right to limit the treatment to storage

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited to storage only. In that case, we may only process the information with your consent or for the purpose of establishing a legal claim, enforcing it or defending it.

The right to data portability

In certain cases, you have the right to have personal information that you have provided to us provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this information to another data controller.

You have at all times the right to object to our processing of your personal data, with a view to direct marketing, including the profiling that may occur. made in order to target our direct marketing. You have the right to submit a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency at any time if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You will find a complaint form and contact information at www.datatilsynet.dk.

Deletion of personal data

  • Your personal information will be deleted when Heco et al no longer have a legitimate purpose for processing it.
  • Information collected about your use of the website using cookies and similar technologies will be deleted within one month of receiving your request.
  • Information can, however, in non-anonymised state, be stored for up to 5 years if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, e.g., if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to meet legal requirements.
  • Write to us if you want your information deleted.

Security

  • We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or deterioration of personal data and against the disclosure or misuse of unauthorized persons.
  • Only employees or data processors who have a real need to access your personal information in order to perform their work have access to it.
  • All of Heco et al's employees are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Changes in the Personal Data Policy

Heco et al reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon publication of the policy on Heco et al's website and Services.
