Through the Nudge2Green project, developed in collaboration with SDU, Aarhus University, the University of Copenhagen, and Food Organization of Denmark, we combine AI, behavioral science and life cycle data to nudge consumers toward greener and healthier choices, not more consumption.
Heco et al builds the data foundation and core algorithms that turn raw purchase data and electronic receipts into actionable insights. The Nudge2Green project runs from 2025 to 2027 and is supported by the AgriFoodTure Partnership, funded by Innovationsfonden and the EU.
